Happy Friday Ladies!
Summer is around the corner and I'm ready to be summer time FINE! I know, I probably should have start working on that all winter...but it's not too late!
A close friend and I wanted to start this challenge a few years ago and never actually did it, so now I want to start.
I named it... the Fit Fab Challenge.
For 21 days you must do some type of work out. 21 days exactly so that you can develop a healthy fit habit. You can choose to head to the gym for an hour, take a Zumba class, dance in your room, walk at the park...whatever you need to do to get a good work out in.
Don't overwork yourself, but you should do SOMETHING every day. You also want to track how many healthy meals or snacks you have eaten within those 21 days. This will allow for you to monitor your meals.
Take a before selfie with a sports bra or crop top from the front and side. Back is optional.
Measure your waist and butt. If these are things you want to work on be sure to measure it accurately.

I believe that to look beautiful you have to feel beautiful. It starts from the inside (your mindset) and results from your actions will beautifully show outside.
